Our God Reigns

Passage: Daniel 4:1-37 — King Nebuchadnezzar is the main character of Daniel 4. He is the king of Babylon. He’s a typical tyrant king who does what he wants, when he wants, no matter who is exploited. This week, we get to hear from the tyrant king himself. Except something dramatic has happened: he's praising the one true God. We learn in the passage that God stripped everything away from him until he lifted his eyes to heaven and finally saw things clearly. The Big idea is: Our God Reigns. He reigns in two ways according to our text: He rules the rulers, and he rules us.
