Passage: Mark 15:33-39 — Tonight on Good Friday we look at a passage on the crucifixion of Jesus. Our big idea: The depth of his agony reveals the extent of his accomplishment. After Jesus breathes his last, two things happen that show us light is breaking through the darkness. First, the temple curtain is torn in two. Second, we get the confession from the Centurian that Jesus was the Son of God.
